Real Time Statistical Information Reports and Logs.

Statistics information, reports and logs are easily accessible to suit your requirements and are available by the following methods.

Live feed monitoring – This option allows you to choose which reports/graphs/logs and or statistical information best suits your requirements. You can then personalize your live feed monitor to suite. This is particularly helpful for monitoring Call Centre’s, Advertisement Campaigns, Call Capacity warnings and many more.

Scheduled Reports and Logs – This option allows you to choose which standard reports best suite your requirements, simply schedule them by time day or week. These reports can then be either e-mailed or FTP’d to you as requested.

Real Time Portal Access – This option allows you to choose information from over 50 standard and 100’s of bespoke real time reports. In addition to live information, historical call logs and reports are also available. Once on the portal you can access graphical and statistical information. Reports etc. that can then be viewed e-mailed or printed as needed.
